Social media sucks. Or maybe I suck at it. Or it sucks me. Here’s how it goes: I install Instagram on my phone, I post something, I like a few posts and then I spend an hour on the toilet scrolling. I get up with a sore ass and wonder where the last hour went. I delete the app. I do this about once every 20 days. Maybe this year will be different.

I think a newsletter to stay in touch with people is a better idea. I update about 4x per year.
